About Us

Prayas Special School has dedicated over 25 years to empowering children with special needs. The first school for children with disabilities in Bhiwani (formerly Prayas Mandbuddhi Shikshan Sansthan - Prayas Institution for the Education of Intellectually Disabled) was established in 1995, inspired by social workers in a dharamshala (rest house) of the town. It is currently operated from the Baijnath Sugla Smriti Bhavan, inspired by a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
